Hi ya'll! I have another recipe to share and show you here! Ever since i was a kid i love meatballs it's been a family tradition already. So until now I've been making this for my family the husband loves it and the kiddos most likely also. Well, one thing also i love to experiment anything and everything combining different varieties of spices and seasonings that i could think of. Just like what i did to my savory meatballs i have several ingredients here that are surprisingly working that's one thing why it is really good. Here's how to cook this dish...

FOR THE MEATBALLS MIXTURE:
1lbs lean ground beef
1 egg beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Kraft Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tablespoon of pop corn seasoning nacho cheddar



Mix the ingredients altogether do not over mix just enough to marry the flavor together. Heat frying pan, then start making balls of your desired size. cook it until both side are golden brown. Set aside.



FOR THE GRAVY MIX:





  • 2 packets of any kind chicken gravy mix ( i use the great value brand because it has a mild and refined flavor to it and i think it is good for a gravy, trust me).


  • 1 1/2 cold water


  • 1 tablespoonful of mascarpone fresca (Kroger has it in deli section).


  • 1/2 cup chopped onion


  • 1/2 cup milk


Last thing you do is pour the excess oil from the pan u cook the meatballs just leave a little bit oil then suite onion till tender looking. Mix the gravy mix with 1 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup milk. Pour it to the suite pan whisk it, bring the 1 spoonful of mascarpone then continue whisking till mix well. Lastly pour the meatballs and simmer it for 5 minutes or until it's bubble and thicken. Serve with hot rice or mash potato. Enjoy!



Now you know my secret why this meatballs are so yummy and it melts in your mouth in each and every bites! Wink.

You Need:
2 slice bread of any kind i got the honey wheat
cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste
muffin molds or 2 c-brulee molds
2 eggs
2 tablespoon of butter
shredded cheese (optional)


I was so intrigue with this yummy looking dish for breakfast good for summer morning, when i was browsing i bumped into this and am drooling as I'm reading it so i made a decision to go ahead and make one for us this morning! So here are the procedure you need... so simple and easy!

Slice 2 tablespoon of butter... or you can make just one but me i just did the 2..

Take off the edges of the toast just make sure is just right... then spray the molds with cooking spray of your choice...

Place the toast on each individual molds... press till fits alright and melt the butter and brush it into the bread...
Break eggs into the ready toast... my eggs are large size so it is over flowing than normal but you can get the small eggs if you don't want to go over the bread... then springkled cheese when it is almost done... (pre-heat oven to 375 and bake it for 15minutes).

Ohhh... here you go the finished baked bird nest fresh from the oven it's steamly hot! Serve it with your favorite fruits and juice!

So good and tasty... like like like it a lot!

The color is so vibrant perfect for brunch as well...

OMG! My boy and I just finished a box of Silvanas! It's one of the goodies I received from home, the B-I-L just arrived from the Philippines and hand-carried it for me. Dang! It taste soooo freaking good! It's a makes-me-forget-my-name dessert I must say! Can't stop myself until we finished the box. No wonder my lil sis was raving about it. That they will make sure I'll have my Silvanas. Thank you guys! You're not doing any good when it comes to my diet. LOL!

Few weeks ago the father-in-law updated his car. From Corvette to the latest model of SUV. I forgot what's the exact name though. LOL! Anyway, he's also thinking of buying a truck for they need it, work-related purposes. I remember he told me before that if ever I'll learn how to drive, he'll gonna give me my own car. Wow! That would be so nice and sweet of daddy. But the problem however is that until now I still don't know how to drive one! Grrrrr! Been bugging the husband to teach me, but because of our hectic schedule we still don't have time. But anyway, it's one of my goals and priorities now, to learn how to drive. Gonna make it happen soon!
