Are you an oatmeal fan? if you ask me, not so much, lol! However, oatmeal is good for us therefore i can manage to have a bowl of oatmeal once in awhile. Oatmeal has plenty of wonderful benefits towards our body, from high fiber to healthy heart, good source of  good carbohydrates, natural prevention of high  cholesterol too! Without a doubt, oatmeal is one healthy breakfast to start up your busy day ahead. I agree with that, that's why even though i am not really a fan of oatmeal i try my best to have not everyday but most likely on regular basis. So, how do you prepared your bowl of oatmeal? are you a lover of oatmeal? or not? Well, simply if you love it am sure you can fix them anything you want, isn't it? To those like me, i preferred the brown maple and banana flavored. They are just right for picky eater to satisfied your taste buds. I mix it with enough of 2% milk and quarter of white sugar. Just enough to drink it rather than to eat it. Then i serve it hot! I think it's delicious when you done i it that way.
